Mental Health Coordination

Lisa Cadow received her Master’s Degree in clinical mental health counseling from The University of Vermont in 2021. She is a clinician at the Clara Martin Center in their Bradford office and will see White River Family Practice patients in Wilder on Thursdays. She works to connect people with appropriate resources as well as to support them in making the changes in their life that they are seeking. Prior to pursuing a degree in mental health counseling, Lisa was a health coach at Dartmouth Health Connect in Hanover where she worked closely with primary care providers and patients to help craft care plans and coordinate care. Lisa has lived with her husband and three (now grown) children in Vermont since 1997. She enjoys taking long walks with her family’s border collie, cooking, and reading.
